Steps to complete publication

Find local newspapers

Choose a newspaper in the same county as your LLC’s main address. Use this newspaper locator map to find a newspaper near you.

Send your business details

Your LLC name, business address, and registered agent info.

Schedule the publication

Ask them to run it for 3 consecutive weeks.

Keep your proof

After your notice has run, the newspaper will send you a Proof of Publication. This confirms your notice was published correctly.

File your Certificate of Publication

File your Proof of Publication with the Nebraska Secretary of State and keep one copy for your records.
