Bizee Compared to Northwest
Arriving at the Bizee and Northwest Company Formation Websites
What can you expect when you visit the websites for the first time?
Bizee
Front page is clear and easy to understand, getting you straight into the process of starting a business. Bizee starts by asking you about the type of entity you want to create and providing information for each one.
Northwest
Provides a clean, unfussy front page with information that’s directly accessible to people and provides clear direction on what a user should do next. Unfortunately, their “Start Here” menu is overly complex and deep, with multiple layers that need to be clicked through to get to information.
Prospective business owners will need to review their options when deciding on the right business structure, such as LLC, S Corporation or C Corporation. It’s important to have the right information so you can make an informed, educated choice.
Bizee
Has dedicated pages on each entity type, from LLCs to C Corporations, plus a Business Resources designed to give a prospective business owner deep insight into the business structure that’s best for them. It also has an overview page and comparison chart highlighting the key benefits and drawbacks for each type of business entity.
Northwest
Does not have an entity comparison chart, so it’s not easy to see what type of business might be best for your circumstances and needs.
Bizee has a large collection of helpful guides and documents to guide prospective business owners. Northwest may have such documents, but they are hidden behind an overly complex menu system.
Bizee provides three packages for LLC company formation, while Northwest only provides a basic service.
Northwest is considerably more expensive than Bizee and does not offer as wide a range of incorporation services.
Both Bizee and Northwest provide several business services besides company formation. We’ve included a summary of those services below, along with the price from each provider.

Of the services that Northwest does provide, many of them are more expensive than Bizee. The Northwest website is also awkward to navigate, with many resources provided as part of the “Start Here” menu, which is multiple layers deep and frustrating to use.
Here at Bizee, we’ve worked hard to provide a comprehensive range of business formation and management services at a competitive price.
