BizFilings
BizFilings also has a comparison page listing the differences between the various types of business entities. The information here is not that comprehensive, and it’s difficult to do a side-by-side, at-a-glance comparison.

Although they do offer some specialist services not available as part of many incorporation businesses, like changing between entity types, many of these services won’t be applicable to the majority of entrepreneurs.
When it comes to basic incorporation and Registered Agent services though, Bizee is less expensive than BizFilings across all packages. Bizee doesn’t charge anything to incorporate your business, while BizFilings’s minimum fee is $99. Additionally, Bizee’s Registered Agent service is free for the first year, then $119 a year thereafter, whereas BizFilings is free for the first six months, then $174 a year.
