Get to Know Bizee’s Leadership

Twenty years ago, Nick Siha set out to simplify the process of starting a business.
He co-founded what would become Bizee (formerly Incfile) with a simple but radical idea: entrepreneurs shouldn’t have to navigate mountains of paperwork and hidden fees just to launch their business.
In the early days, Nick was hands-on with every aspect of the company -- handling filings, customer support, and the back-office work that fueled Bizee’s growth. While others were raising capital, he and his co-founder, Kyle, were bootstrapping, building a company that now helps over one million entrepreneurs take their first step.
His philosophy is simple: fail fast, be fearless, have integrity, and do the right thing. Nick believes that entrepreneurship isn’t about waiting for the perfect moment, it’s about taking action, learning from mistakes, and adapting quickly. It’s why Bizee was built with radical transparency, putting founders first and cutting through the noise of traditional business formation.
Today, Bizee is the original free LLC formation service, a nine-figure business, and a trusted partner for small business owners across the country. But Nick has never lost sight of the people behind the businesses. His vision has always been clear: remove the barriers, make entrepreneurship accessible, and empower people to take control of their futures.

From cutting music deals at Monster Energy to rewriting the rules of entrepreneurship, Dustin Ray has always been driven by connection, creativity, and a refusal to follow the status quo.
As Chief Branding Officer of Bizee (formerly Incfile), he’s on a mission to make business ownership accessible to anyone with an idea and the guts to chase it.
Bizee isn’t just a company—it’s a movement. Under Dustin’s branding vision, it has scaled to nine figures in annual revenue, helped more than one million entrepreneurs launch their businesses, and remained founder-led for over two decades. He believes starting a business shouldn’t be a privilege; it should be an open door. His approach is simple: remove the barriers, simplify the process, and empower people to take control of their futures.
Dustin operates at the intersection of business, art, and sports—where competition fuels creativity, and branding is an all-out contact sport. His philosophy is that the best brands don’t just sell; they inspire. They don’t just exist; they create movements. And they never, ever play it safe.
For him, entrepreneurship isn’t just about business—it’s about impact. Whether it’s turning a side hustle into a full-time success or giving first-time founders the tools to launch with confidence, Dustin is committed to helping innovators, disruptors, and dreamers take their shot. Because the future belongs to the doers.

Sam Spindel didn’t come from corporate — he came from the nightclubs.
As a former nightlife promoter and nightclub owner in Houston, he built his career on instinct, hustle, and the ability to turn ideas into packed-out realities. He had never worked in a real office before Bizee — and didn’t plan to. But once he joined part-time, something clicked. He fell in love with the mission: helping entrepreneurs take their first big step.
Sam worked his way up to partner and now serves as Bizee’s COO, bringing street smarts and systems thinking to everything behind the scenes.

Carl Nelson is a builder—of businesses, strategies, and opportunities.
As Chief Revenue Officer at Bizee, he’s on a mission to help more people break into entrepreneurship by making business formation easier, faster, and more accessible.
With a decade of experience at IBM and Google, Carl is a growth architect, specializing in data-driven sales, marketing, and partnerships. At Google, he led high-performing ad sales teams across fintech, insurance, software, and real estate, developing first-party data integrations and acquisition models that drove measurable impact. Before that, at IBM, he managed major international banking clients and spearheaded call center operations for the U.S. federal government—proving that whether it’s scaling startups or structuring enterprise solutions, he knows how to drive results.
But Carl isn’t just about corporate growth—he’s an entrepreneur himself. He co-founded HamRadioPrep.com, a bootstrapped online education platform that helped over 50,000 students earn their FCC Amateur Radio Licenses before successfully selling his shares in 2021.
