    1. LLC Operating Agreement

    Used by Limited Liability Companies (LLCs), an operating agreement outlines the rules LLC members need to abide by. It also details the organization’s operation, management structure, and ownership share. For an operating agreement to be binding, it must be signed by all LLC members.

    If you have a website, you must add your terms of service (TOS) to your site.
